Displaying the BIR Registration Seal Badge

The Bureau of Internal Revenue now requires a Registration Seal Badge for online businesses. This rule comes from Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 38-2026. Anyone offering services or creating digital content needs to display this badge on their websites and social profiles.

So this post serves as my official compliance. I am happy to announce that I am registered for 2026 and posting mine here to comply with the circular.

Building trust is a big part of being a digital solutions advocate. Doing things right shows clients that the business is legitimate. It also promotes good tech literacy practices here in Davao City.

Here is what people find when they look at the badge:

  1. The active registration year.
  2. A scannable code (visitors can scan this to verify the business).
  3. A unique registration number.

So, this is to show that I am legitimately recognized by the Philippine government to render services to individuals and businesses.
